座椅座面的試驗(yàn)方法
Test Method for Seat Chair and seat surface:
1.座面的靜載荷試驗(yàn)：通過(guò)加載塊垂直向下施加一定力量于加載點(diǎn)上并保持至少10秒。并反復(fù)進(jìn)行10次。
Seat Surface Static Load Test:
vertically down through the loading block to exert force on the load point and keep at least 10 seconds. And repeated 10 times
2.座面的疲勞試驗(yàn)：通過(guò)加載墊，將950N的力和規(guī)定的次數(shù)垂直向下重復(fù)施加在座面加載點(diǎn)上。加載速率為每分鐘不超過(guò)40次。
Fatigue test of the seat: by loading pad, put 950N force and the specified times to repeat vertically down impose to the load point of the seat surface. Loading rate no more than 40 times per minute
3.座面的沖擊試驗(yàn)：將一塊泡沫塑料放在座面上，然后把座面沖擊器置于規(guī)定的高度，使其自由跌落，沖擊加載部位各10次。
Impact test of the seat: put a piece of foam on the seat surface, then place the impactor of the seat in a specified height and make it fall freely. impact loading site 10 times each.
座椅靠背的試驗(yàn)方法：
Test methods for back of the chair
1.座背的靜載荷試驗(yàn)：用擋塊靠住椅和凳子的腳上。然后將規(guī)定的平衡載荷施加于座面加載點(diǎn)上。再將規(guī)定的力沿著與椅背垂直的方向通過(guò)加載墊施加于加載點(diǎn)上。每次至少保持10秒。并反復(fù)進(jìn)行10次。
Static Load Test for back of the chair: put the baffle on the chair leg. Then impose the specified balance loading to the load point of the seat. And then provides the force perpendicular to the direction along the back pad by loading imposed on the load point. To keep at least 10 seconds each. And repeated 10 times.
2.座背的疲勞試驗(yàn)：用擋塊靠住椅或者凳子的腳上，然后將950N的力垂直施加在座面加載點(diǎn)上，再通過(guò)椅背加載塊，將330N的力按規(guī)定的次數(shù)施加在椅背的加載點(diǎn)上。加載速率為每份鐘不超過(guò)40次。
Fatigue test of the seat back : use the block fixed the feet of the chair and then impose the 950N force vertically to the surface load point, through the back loading block. Impose 330 N force with specified times to the back loading site. Loading rate no more than 40 times per minute.

測(cè)試項(xiàng)目：桌子的穩(wěn)定性和桌面沖擊。
1. 垂直負(fù)載下的穩(wěn)定性試驗(yàn)：
Stability test of the vertical load
把試件放在試驗(yàn)基面上。在其zui不穩(wěn)定桌邊中心離邊沿向內(nèi)50mm桌面處通過(guò)加載墊垂直向下逐漸加力到規(guī)定的力值或者至少試件至少有一個(gè)桌腳離地為止。
Place test specimen on the base surface. Impose the force to the table in its center from the edge of the most unstable inward 50mm desktop vertically down through the loading pad gradually with augmented the value or at least one specimen legs up off the ground.
2.垂直和水平加載穩(wěn)定性試驗(yàn)：
Vertical and horizontal load stability test
把試件放在試驗(yàn)基面上。用擋塊擋住試件zui不穩(wěn)定邊的桌腳。防止試件在試驗(yàn)中移動(dòng)。在該邊中心離邊沿向內(nèi)50mm桌面處通過(guò)加載墊垂直向下施加100N的力。同時(shí)在該邊中心桌上向外施加一個(gè)水平力。逐漸增加該力到規(guī)定值或者至少有一個(gè)桌腳離地為止。
Put the specimen on the test-based surface. With the block blocking the most unstable side of the specimen legs to prevent the test specimen to move. 3.垂直靜載荷試驗(yàn)：
Vertical static load test
在桌面易于發(fā)生破壞的位置，按規(guī)定的力通過(guò)加載墊，垂直向下重復(fù)施加10次。每次至少應(yīng)保持10秒。
On the most easy damaged position of the desk surface , to impose the specified force by loading pad, vertical put down repeated 10 times. Keep 10 seconds at least.
