1、 The batch cracking equipment on the market works intermittently, one furnace is fed at a time, and the slag can be discharged for the next cracking only after it is cooled. 5、The slag box equipped with this equipment can buffer the accumulation of waste slag, control the amount of slag output through the level meter, and make the production environment cleaner.
6、The equipment adopts special boiler cotton with better thermal insulation performance, which can reduce the energy consumption of the main furnace and reduce emissions.
7、 The feed of the equipment is particles within 2cm. Sustainability feed, slag and oil at the same time. Greatly improved the production efficiency. And greatly improved the quality of oil, carbon black. The viscosity of oil can reach 8.5. It is far beyond the level of 9.2 in the same industry.
