主爐采用310S不銹鋼材質，耐高溫。直徑530mm，長11500mm，壁厚12mm，分為上下兩層。
一、市面上的間歇式裂解設備間歇工作，一次進料裂解一爐，完畢后需等待冷卻方能出渣進行下次裂解，廢輪胎熱裂解設備廠家本設備通過熱風加熱，避免主爐直燒。主爐過多的經過加熱冷卻過程會降低使用壽命，增加安全風險。
二、為了使原料裂解好，本設備采用上下兩個螺旋筒的結構設計，可使原料更加好地進行裂解。與傳統(tǒng)裂解設備相比，本設備的一個顯著優(yōu)勢就是通過引風機將熱量均布到螺旋筒上，避免了主爐直燒，可大大提高設備壽命。
三、一號減速機帶動螺旋順時針送料，二號減速機帶動螺旋逆時針送料，可使·原料很好受熱，原料在下層螺旋筒內即能裂解，然后傳送到渣箱內，當料位計感應到廢渣到達限定位置后，水冷出渣就會自動出渣。傳統(tǒng)裂解設備需要人工進行出渣，效率低下，人工成本高。
四、對于現(xiàn)行設備冷凝系統(tǒng)經常堵塞的情況，本設備主爐裂解出的油氣通過上方連接的氣包通入冷凝進行冷卻，油氣中冷凝產生的重油與油渣可直接回流到主爐內進行再次裂解，有效的降低渣油堵塞冷凝管道的幾率。
五、相較于他廠生產的設備，本設備配備的渣箱可緩沖廢渣堆積，通過料位計控制出渣量，使生產環(huán)境更加清潔。
六、為了使主爐熱效率提高，本設備采用保溫性能更好的專用鍋爐棉，比市面上使用的高溫陶瓷棉保溫性好，能降低主爐能源的消耗，降低排放。

4、The oil and gas are cooled by condensation through the air bag connected above. The heavy oil and oil residue produced by condensation in the oil and gas can be directly returned to the main furnace for re cracking, effectively reducing the probability of the residual oil blocking the condensation pipeline.
5、The slag box equipped with this equipment can buffer the accumulation of waste slag, control the amount of slag output through the level meter, and make the production environment cleaner.
