The series of this valve is a kind of sanitary pneumatic or manual handle butterfly valve,which are widely used in stainless steel pipeline system to control and regulate medium flow.
工作原理WORK PRINCIPLE:
蝶閥既可以通過執(zhí)行器進行遠程遙控操作,也可以通過手柄人工操控。
執(zhí)行器是將一個活塞的軸向運動轉(zhuǎn)換為閥門軸的90°旋轉(zhuǎn) ,實現(xiàn)對管道流體的控制和開/關(guān)任務(wù)。氣動執(zhí)行器裝置有三種標準:常開(NO)型,常閉(NC)型，氣/氣(A/A)型。
鴨嘴式手動操作用的多位手柄可通過15°位置的調(diào)節(jié)將閥廣]機械式鎖定在其開啟或關(guān)閉的12個位置,達到控制介質(zhì)流量的目的。
拉桿式手柄通過3個多功能定位,將閥[ ]機械式鎖定在其開啟或關(guān)閉的3個位置上,也達到控制介質(zhì)流量的目的。
This kind of valve can be handled both by manual or an electric actuator,ａnd also can be handled by a pneumatic actuator.Actuator is to cover the axial movement of piston to be 90'rotation of valve shaft.So that the valve can be open or close to achieve the requirement of control and open/close for the pipeline system.They have three type of actuator: normally open(NO),normally cdlosed(NC,air/air(A/A).
Multi position handle regulates the valve by 15*in its open or close 12 seatａnd achieve control of medium flow purpose.Pulling handle regulates the valve through three multi-function positioning, in its open or close three position,ａnd also achieves control of medium flow purpose.

連接方式:快裝、焊接、螺紋、法蘭
物料接觸部位材質(zhì)為304/316L ,其它部位304 ;密封材質(zhì)EPDM、VMQ、 FPM
工作壓力: 0~ 10bar控制氣源壓力: 5~ 8bar
工作溫度: EPDM(-40~ +120°C)、PTFE(-40~ +130°C). FPM ( -40~ +180°C )
Size:3/4" -4" /DN10-100 標準: 3A、 DIN、 SMS、 IDF、 ISO
Valve body can be replaced in any connections,ａnd the length will not change.
