MCC 交流電動機控制中心對井場鉆臺、泥漿泵、泥漿循環(huán)罐區(qū)、油罐區(qū)、水區(qū)、氣源房、動力區(qū)等區(qū)域的交流電動機或其它用電設(shè)備提供電源、控制和照明。
MCC AC Motor Control Center
MCC provides power & lighting for AC motors or other electric apparatus of the drill floor， the mud pump, the mud circulating section ,the fuel tank section ,the water section ,the air source house , and the power section.
SCR直流傳動系統(tǒng)
控制多臺柴油發(fā)電機組，將600V 50Hz(或60Hz)交流電整流成連續(xù)可調(diào)的直流電源。通過指配接觸器對直流電動機供電，實現(xiàn)對鉆機絞車、泥漿泵、轉(zhuǎn)盤或頂驅(qū)的速度及轉(zhuǎn)矩控制，實現(xiàn)無極調(diào)速，滿足直流電驅(qū)動鉆機傳動要求。
電氣傳動控制方式為一對二控制。
SCR DC Driving System
Control diesel generator sets and convert AC 600V 50Hz (60Hz) into continuous adjustable DC. Then supply power to DC electric motor through an assigned contactor to control the speed & the torque of drawworks ,mud pump ,rotary table or top drive, to realize stepless speed regulation and meet driving requirements of DC drilling rigs.
Control mode: one-to-two
VFD 交流變頻傳動系統(tǒng)
控制多臺柴油發(fā)電機組，同時將600V 50Hz(或60Hz)交流電整流成直流電在逆變成頻率連續(xù)可調(diào)的交流電，
電氣傳動控制方式為一對一控制。
VFD AC Driving Systems
Control diesel generator sets and first convert AC 600V 50Hz (or 60Hz) into DC，then change it into AC whose frequency can be continuously adjusted.
Control mode: one-to-one.
