產(chǎn)品簡介 Introduction
YPGL水平圓盤式過濾機(jī)系引進(jìn)德國公司制造技術(shù)，經(jīng)我公司消化吸收，并綜合我國國情改進(jìn)而成。該機(jī)主要用于過濾糖漿。過濾過程中通過預(yù)涂和添加質(zhì)量合格的硅藻土，過濾后糖漿濁度可達(dá)0.4EBC以下。
YPG水平圓盤式式糖漿過濾機(jī)除過濾糖漿外，還可用作葡萄酒、啤酒、果汁、醋、醬油以及其它類似飲料的過濾。這些液體經(jīng)過濾以后，不僅內(nèi)在質(zhì)量大大提高，而且外觀效果非常好。過濾介質(zhì)除硅藻土外，保健食品批文轉(zhuǎn)讓還可用其它如珍珠粉、活性炭等。
YPG Disc-type Syrup Filter is ameliorated by our national condition, which fetch in German companies’ manufacturing technology and absorbed by our company. This machine mainly uses in filtering the syrup. Through precoating and adding qualified diatomite，the turbidities of the filtered syrup can be low as 0.4EBC.
Besides filtering syrup, PG Disc-type Syrup Filter can also filter wine, beer, juice, vinegar, soy sauce and other similar beverages. Not only the internal quality, but also the appearance are greatly improved after filtering. Besides diatomite, perlite, active carbon and so on are also available to be the filtration medium.

● 濾盤旋轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)，自動排渣，卸渣干凈利索，適應(yīng)各種粘度的物料精密過濾。
When the filter plate revolves, it platoon dregs automaticly, unloads the dregs cleanly and agilely, adapts to every kind of viscosity material filtration
● 清洗濾網(wǎng)，不用拆卸濾盤，可在機(jī)體內(nèi)進(jìn)行。
Cleans the mesh, does not need to take down the filter plate, it can carry on inside the machine
● 本機(jī)可間隙過濾，而濾餅不會脫落，有利于生產(chǎn)安排，過濾時(shí)不受停電等因素影響。

This machinery can filter discontinually, while the filter cake won’t fall off, which is in favor of production arrangement, and won’t effected by the factors such as power cut during filtering process

設(shè)計(jì)理念
白酒渾濁原因：低度白酒生產(chǎn)過程中普遍存在酒業(yè)呈現(xiàn)乳白色渾濁，
白色透明度低等現(xiàn)象，據(jù)實(shí)驗(yàn)表明，引起這種渾濁現(xiàn)象的物質(zhì)主要
是由于九中所含的高級捉放蒜累過多引起的（這是指碳元素為16-
18的脂肪酸一直，如棕櫚酸乙酯。油酸乙酯和亞酸乙酯等）
高級脂肪酸的特性：能溶于酒精，而不溶于水，它隨著
酒精濃度和濕度的降低，其溶解度相應(yīng)變小，達(dá)到一定程度是（如溫度低于-10度），
高級脂肪酸類將因溶解度降低而析出，從而引起渾濁。解決白酒渾濁的的技術(shù)措施：
冷凍過濾法去除白色絮狀物把酒液溫度降至零下，酒液中就會出現(xiàn)白色絮狀物，析出
結(jié)晶，然后在低溫條件下進(jìn)行過濾，出去沉淀物，得到請透明的白酒。

工作原理：
直接將援救通過兩級交換器進(jìn)行制冷，有螺桿制冷劑提供冷量，將22度左右的液體直接
降溫至-19度，降溫后的液體再經(jīng)過濾機(jī)進(jìn)行兩級過濾，從而達(dá)到清透之目的。

Frozen white floc filtration to remove the temperature dropped to minus liquor, wine will appear white floc precipitation
Crystallization, followed by filtration at low temperature, precipitate out, please get the clear liquor.

working principle:
Directly to the rescue by two exchanger for cooling, there is provided a screw refrigerant cooling capacity, the liquid was about 22 degrees directly
Cooled to -19 degrees, the cooling liquid after the two-stage filter and then through the filter, so as to achieve the purpose perfectly clear.
