Product Overview:
Titanium stick filters are made of high quality stainless steel 304 or 316L, mirror polished inside and outside, meeting GMP standard. They can be insulated by jacket for high temperature filtration. The filter element adopts titanium rod filter element, which can resist high temperature, high pressure, strong acid and strong alkali corrosion, and can be reused repeatedly. It is widely applied to liquid-solid separation in food and beverage, biomedicine, chemical industry, electronics, biochemical water treatment and other industries. 磁性過濾器，用于清除鐵質(zhì)污染物（如鐵銹、鐵屑）和其它細小的鐵磁性雜質(zhì)，可有效提高生產(chǎn)線上的產(chǎn)品純度，保護關鍵設備免受鐵質(zhì)顆粒的破壞。CVGS磁性過濾器采用三維有限元分析法優(yōu)化設計磁棒磁路及分布。整機為全不銹鋼結(jié)構材料。其核心磁棒為工藝生產(chǎn)的釹鐵硼永磁材料，表面磁場強度峰值大于12000高斯，為世界高等級材料。磁棒和連接件之間采用連續(xù)不銹鋼焊接。上蓋可采用快開式或衛(wèi)生卡箍設計。

Product Overview:
Magnetic filters are applied to remove iron contaminants, such as rust, iron filings and other small ferromagnetic impurities, which can effectively improve the purity of products on the production line and protect key equipment from iron particles damage. CVGS magnetic filter adopts three-dimensional finite element analysis method to optimize the design of magnetic circuit and distribution of magnetic rods. The whole machine is made of stainless steel. Its core magnet is Nd-Fe-B super-strong permanent magnet produced by the latest technology, and its peak surface magnetic field intensity is more than 12,000 Gauss, which is the highest grade material in the world. Continuous stainless steel welding is used between the magnetic stick and the connecting parts. The top cover can be designed with quick opening or sanitary clamp.

硅藻土過濾器，又名飲料過濾器，在密閉不繡鋼容器內(nèi)，自下而上水平放置不銹鋼過濾圓盤，圓盤的上層是不銹鋼濾網(wǎng)，下層是不銹鋼支撐板，中間是液體收集腔。過濾時，行硅藻土預涂，使盤上形成一層硅藻土涂層，待過濾液體，在泵壓力作用下，通過預涂層而進入收集腔內(nèi)，顆粒及高分子被截流在預涂層，進入收集腔內(nèi)的澄清液體，通過中心軸，流出容器。
這種過濾形式具備過濾周期長、效率高、濁度穩(wěn)定、密封性好、結(jié)構緊湊、操作方便、可移動、易于維護保養(yǎng)等優(yōu)點。與同類產(chǎn)品比，省電30%、省水60%、省時70%。根據(jù)結(jié)構的不同可劃分為：立式硅藻土和臥式硅藻土。
Product Overview:
Diatomite filter, also known as beverage filter, is placed in a sealed steel container with stainless steel filter disc horizontally from bottom to top. The upper layer of the disc is stainless steel strainer, the lower layer is stainless steel support plate, and the middle is a liquid collection chamber. When filtering, diatomite is pre-coated to form a layer of diatomite coating on the disc. Under the action of pump pressure, the filtrate enters the collecting chamber through the pre-coating, and particles and polymers are intercepted by the pre-coating and the clarifying liquid entering in the collecting chamber, and flows out of the container through the central axis.
This type of filtration has the advantages of long filtration cycle, high efficiency, stable turbidity, good sealing, compact structure, convenient to operate, removable, easy to maintain and so on. Compared with similar products, it saves 30% electricity, 60% water and 70% time. According to the different structure, it can be divided into vertical diatomite and horizontal diatomite.
