JSH2402自動(dòng)潤滑油蒸發(fā)損失測定器

一、符合SH/T0059、ASTMD5800標(biāo)準(zhǔn)

二、主要技術(shù)參數(shù)：

熱浴尺寸： Φ60×48（mm）金屬浴

加熱功率： 2 KW

工作溫度：常溫～250±0.5℃

負(fù)壓檢測：壓力傳感器和斜管式壓力計(jì)測壓

溫度測控：數(shù)顯溫控儀自動(dòng)測控溫度

控制方式：單片機(jī)自動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)壓力，自動(dòng)計(jì)時(shí)，到時(shí)報(bào)警。

抽氣方式：空氣泵抽氣

工作電源：AC220V±10% 50HZ

三、性能及特點(diǎn)：

1、加熱體采用板塊式結(jié)構(gòu)，即底部加熱盤和四周加熱圈方式，加熱體不易燒壞，壽命長。

2、溫度控制采用數(shù)顯溫控儀自動(dòng)以PID方式控制溫度，控溫精度高，抗干擾能力強(qiáng)。

3、采用單片機(jī)+液晶屏的對(duì)話界面，自動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)抽氣壓力，自動(dòng)計(jì)時(shí)，當(dāng)達(dá)到60分鐘時(shí)，自動(dòng)報(bào)警，提示試驗(yàn)操作人員及時(shí)取出油杯。

4、用空氣泵抽真空，使負(fù)壓能很精確地維持在196±2Pa（20±0.2mmH2O）范圍內(nèi)。

Iii. Performance and Characteristics:

1. The heating body adopts the slab structure, that is, the heating plate at the bottom and the heating ring around it. The heating body is not easy to burn out and has a long life.

2. Temperature control adopts digital display temperature controller to automatically control temperature in PID mode, with high temperature control precision and strong anti-interference ability.

3. Adopting the dialogue interface of single chip microcomputer and LIQUID crystal screen, the air extraction pressure is automatically adjusted and the timing is automatic. When it reaches 60 minutes, the alarm is automatically given to prompt the test operator to take out the oil cup in time.

4. Vacuum with air pump, the negative pressure can be maintained within the range of 196±2Pa (20± 0.2mmh2O) accurately.
