本儀器采用攝像頭模擬人眼的操作，自動(dòng)識(shí)別毛細(xì)管上的上下刻度，自動(dòng)測(cè)試油樣流動(dòng)的時(shí)間，自動(dòng)計(jì)算油樣粘度結(jié)果，避免了人為識(shí)別因素造成的計(jì)時(shí)誤差；

本儀器帶有網(wǎng)絡(luò)接口，可連接互聯(lián)網(wǎng)，方便傳輸數(shù)據(jù)；

本儀器采用電腦和單片機(jī)混合控制，電腦屏幕實(shí)時(shí)顯示檢測(cè)過程；

采用GB/T265標(biāo)準(zhǔn)粘度計(jì),通用性強(qiáng),更換方便,無需使用專用粘度計(jì)；

This instrument USES a camera to simulate the operation of human eyes, automatically recognize the upper and lower scales on the capillary, automatically measure the flow time of oil sample, automatically calculate the viscosity of oil sample, completely avoid the timing error caused by human identification factors;

The instrument has a network interface, which can be connected to the Internet and facilitate data transmission.

The instrument is controlled by computer and single chip microcomputer, and the computer screen displays the detection process in real time.

GB/T265 standard viscometer is adopted, which is versatile and easy to replace without the use of special viscometer.

The instrument can be equipped with four viscometers at a time, which can continuously and automatically complete the test and record and report the test results.
