JSR2902石油產品自動閉口閃點測定器

(馬丁閉口杯法)

一、符合GB/T261、ASTM D93、ISO2719標準

二、主要技術參數(shù)：

測溫范圍：常溫～200℃

三、性能及特點：

1、儀器體積小，重量輕，結構合理，性能穩(wěn)定，顯示直觀，檢測準確，操作簡單方便；

2、儀器采用自動電點火、自動開蓋、及關蓋。

3、儀器采用微電腦控制，做樣時屏幕實時顯示油樣溫度及閃火現(xiàn)象，按程序自動完成檢測閃點的全過程，用PID控制的加熱系統(tǒng)，使溫度測試及顯示可靠準確。用溫差方式檢測閃點，使閃點檢測值穩(wěn)定可靠。

4、自動控制升溫速率，自動判別閃點。內置具有溫度校正功能、大氣壓力校正功能、數(shù)據(jù)通訊傳輸功能，可連接LIMS系統(tǒng)。

5、儀器做樣完成后自動斷開加熱系統(tǒng)，安全性能高。

6、儀器自動化程度高所有步驟一鍵完成。

Iii. Performance and Characteristics:

1. The instrument is small in size, light in weight, reasonable in structure, stable in performance, intuitive in display, accurate in detection, simple and convenient in operation;

2. The instrument adopts automatic electric ignition, automatic cap opening and cap closing.

3. The instrument is controlled by microcomputer, and the oil sample temperature and flash fire are displayed on the screen in real time during sample making. The whole process of flash point detection is completed automatically according to the program. The flash point is detected by temperature difference method to make the flash point detection value stable and reliable.

4. Automatic control of heating rate and automatic identification of flash point. Built-in temperature correction function, atmospheric pressure correction function, data communication transmission function, can be connected to the LIMS system.

5. The heating system is automatically disconnected after the instrument is finished making samples, with high safety performance.

6. The instrument is highly automated and all steps are completed with one click.
