三、性能及特點(diǎn)：
1、儀器體積小，重量輕，結(jié)構(gòu)合理，性能穩(wěn)定，顯示直觀，檢測準(zhǔn)確，操作簡單方便；
2、儀器的試驗過程全自動進(jìn)行。當(dāng)試驗員設(shè)定好試驗參數(shù)后，儀器將自動控制油杯開閉蓋機(jī)構(gòu)、電點(diǎn)火器、攪拌電機(jī)停起的動作。同時，自動按照標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求對油樣進(jìn)行升溫及檢測，操作員無需干預(yù)試驗。在試驗完成后，儀器將自動存儲試驗結(jié)果。
3、儀器可以存儲200個試驗結(jié)果；高于200個自動清除大于200個結(jié)果之前的結(jié)果。
4、儀器采用電腦控制，做樣時電腦屏幕實時顯示油樣溫度及閃火現(xiàn)象，按程序自動完成檢測閃點(diǎn)的全過程，用PID控制的加熱系統(tǒng)，使溫度測試及顯示可靠準(zhǔn)確。用溫差方式檢測閃點(diǎn)，使閃點(diǎn)檢測值穩(wěn)定可靠。
5、儀器采用進(jìn)口壓力傳感器方式進(jìn)行閃點(diǎn)檢測，檢測閃點(diǎn)精度高。
6、儀器的測試精度高，具有良好的重復(fù)性和再現(xiàn)性。

2. The test process of the instrument is fully automatic. When the test parameters are set, the device will automatically control the opening and closing mechanism of the oil cup, the electric igniter, and the stopping and starting of the stirring motor. At the same time, the oil sample is automatically heated and tested in accordance with the standard requirements, and the operator does not need to intervene the test. After the test is completed, the instrument will automatically store the test results.
3. The instrument can store 200 test results; More than 200 results before automatically clearing more than 200 results.
