超高壓水刺技術(shù)，均勻上下對(duì)穿纖維層。使得纖維緊密纏繞，均勻固結(jié)。通過全新的水刺纏結(jié)方法，降低了纖維間的平均孔徑，從而讓濾料獲得了固有的表面粉塵收集性能。

特點(diǎn)及優(yōu)勢(shì)：

1、降低纖維之間的孔徑，提高過濾效率

2、增加纖維之間的抱和強(qiáng)度，提高濾料的致密度

3、改善成品濾料的均勻性，提高濾袋過濾的一致性

4、高強(qiáng)度，高致密度，同等工況條件下，可以選用更輕的單位重量

5、可以選用從低溫至高溫全系列纖維生產(chǎn)水刺濾料

6、能夠使用特殊纖維和超細(xì)纖維來生產(chǎn)更高過濾精度的超凈水刺濾料

7、超高壓水刺技術(shù)在生產(chǎn)濾料的同時(shí)還能去除各種纖維油劑以及各類雜質(zhì)

Ultra high pressure spunlace technology, even up and down through the fiber layer. The fiber is tightly wound and uniformly consolidated. By using a new method of spiny tangle, the average pore diameter between fibers is reduced, so that the inherent surface dust collection performance of the filter material is obtained.

Reduce the pore size between fibers and improve the filtration efficiency

Increase the holding and strength between fibers and increase the density of filter material

Improve the uniformity of finished filter material and the consistency of filter bag

High strength, high density, lighter unit weight can be selected under the same working condition

The whole series of fibers from low temperature to high temperature can be selected to produce the spunlace filter material

Can use special fiber and superfine fiber to produce super clean filter material with higher filtering accuracy

Ultra high pressure spunlace technology can remove all kinds of fiber oil agents and impurities while producing filter materials
