袋式過(guò)濾器一種結(jié)構(gòu)新穎、體積小、操作簡(jiǎn)便靈活、節(jié)能、高效、密閉工作、適用性強(qiáng)的多用途過(guò)濾設(shè)備。袋式過(guò)濾器是一種新型的過(guò)濾系統(tǒng)。袋式過(guò)濾器內(nèi)部由金屬網(wǎng)籃支撐濾袋，液體由入口流進(jìn)，經(jīng)濾袋過(guò)濾后從出口流出，雜質(zhì)攔截在濾袋中，更換濾袋后可繼續(xù)使用。

袋式過(guò)濾器

Bag filter is a multi-purpose filter equipment with novel structure, small volume, simple and flexible operation, energy saving, high efficiency, closed operation and strong applicability. Bag filter is a new type of filtration system. The inner of the bag filter is supported by a metal mesh basket, and the liquid flows in from the inlet, then flows out from the outlet after the filter bag is filtered. The impurities are intercepted in the filter bag, and the filter bag can be replaced for further use.

因此請(qǐng)嚴(yán)格按以下順序操作：

1）閉輸入閥；出口處有壓力時(shí)，關(guān)閉輸出閥。

2）確認(rèn)排氣閥所接管道已被接到安全處或吸料口后（在過(guò)濾有毒有腐蝕液體時(shí)尤須注意），再打開(kāi)排氣閥，防止液體對(duì)工作人員及周?chē)h(huán)境造成傷害和污染。

3）檢查壓力表，確定內(nèi)部壓力為0，此時(shí)袋式過(guò)濾機(jī)應(yīng)已與管道系統(tǒng)分開(kāi)。

4）有排泄閥的，確認(rèn)排泄液接到回收處，打開(kāi)排泄閥；待袋式過(guò)濾機(jī)中的剩留液體經(jīng)排泄閥流盡，關(guān)閉排泄閥。此排放工作可配合加壓方式完成（請(qǐng)參考加壓排放過(guò)程）。

5）擰開(kāi)上蓋吊帽，提起上蓋，多袋濾機(jī)需轉(zhuǎn)過(guò)一定角度。

三、更換濾袋

1）高效過(guò)濾袋是以精細(xì)的纖維所制成，這些材料的親水性都較弱。纖維的表面不會(huì)被水弄濕，所以如其它使用同樣材料的濾芯一樣，在使用前，都要用另一些表面張力較低的液體將它濕潤(rùn)。安裝前，您一定要將濾袋浸入與過(guò)濾液體匹配的預(yù)濕液中幾分鐘。

2）確打開(kāi)袋式過(guò)濾機(jī)上蓋。

3）將上蓋放穩(wěn)，將濾袋小心取出。

4）放入新的濾袋，請(qǐng)參考安裝過(guò)程。

四、監(jiān)控過(guò)濾質(zhì)量

在液體輸入壓力穩(wěn)定的情況下，過(guò)濾質(zhì)量與濾袋內(nèi)的壓力差密切相關(guān)，如果壓差太大，說(shuō)明濾袋的過(guò)濾孔徑已堵塞，過(guò)濾速度下降。因此，我們建議當(dāng)袋過(guò)濾機(jī)開(kāi)始工作后，應(yīng)定期檢查壓差，通過(guò)前后壓力表所顯示的壓差來(lái)決定更換濾袋的時(shí)間，一般濾袋能承受壓力為0.5-1Kg/cm2（0.05-0.1Mpa）左右，當(dāng)壓差達(dá)到這一區(qū)間時(shí)，應(yīng)及時(shí)更換濾袋以避免濾袋破裂，影響過(guò)濾效果。

如果壓差突然下降，應(yīng)立即停止過(guò)濾，并檢查是否發(fā)生泄漏。

五、加壓排放剩液

在過(guò)濾高粘度液體時(shí)，可以由排氣閥通入壓縮空氣，加速剩液排放，縮短等待時(shí)間。其裝置如圖所示。請(qǐng)注意：用作加壓排放的空氣一定要穩(wěn)定，壓力不要超過(guò)過(guò)濾機(jī)工作壓力。

操作步驟如下：

1）關(guān)閉輸入閥門(mén)。

2）打開(kāi)進(jìn)氣閥。

3）氣體引入袋式過(guò)濾機(jī)，加壓排盡剩液。

4）檢查出口壓力表，確認(rèn)表壓與壓縮空氣壓力相等；確認(rèn)出口無(wú)液體流出。

5）關(guān)閉進(jìn)氣閥。

6）慢慢打開(kāi)排氣閥；排氣閥的出口有殘液噴出，必須將其引到安全處或?yàn)V機(jī)吸料口。

7）壓縮空氣排盡后，關(guān)閉排氣閥。此時(shí)濾機(jī)內(nèi)部應(yīng)無(wú)壓力，可以開(kāi)蓋。

六、清洗袋式過(guò)濾機(jī)

上海潤(rùn)和袋式過(guò)濾機(jī)如繼續(xù)過(guò)濾同一種液體，則無(wú)須清洗。但如果過(guò)濾其它種類(lèi)的液體，則需清洗機(jī)器后方可使用。

七、Ο型密封圈的保養(yǎng)及更換

保養(yǎng)：使用時(shí)Ο型密封圈要對(duì)準(zhǔn)Ο型槽放入，避免不當(dāng)?shù)臄D壓致使Ο型密封圈變形；不過(guò)濾時(shí)，Ο型密封圈必須取出擦拭干凈，否則殘液凝固后附著在其表面，導(dǎo)致硬化，密封性變差。

更換：若Ο型密封圈已老化或破損，請(qǐng)及時(shí)更換。更換時(shí)應(yīng)選擇相同型號(hào)的Ο型密封圈。

特別聲明：

1、正常使用情況下，過(guò)濾機(jī)及支撐網(wǎng)質(zhì)保一年，如由于使用不當(dāng)造成損壞的不在質(zhì)保范圍。

2、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)袋式過(guò)濾機(jī)大設(shè)計(jì)壓力為1.0Mpa，*大工作壓力為0.5Mpa特殊規(guī)格除外。

3、袋式夾套過(guò)濾機(jī)夾套內(nèi)大設(shè)計(jì)壓力為1.0Mpa，大推其薦工作壓力為0.6Mpa。

4、多袋式過(guò)濾機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)壓力為1.0Mpa，大*工作壓力為0.6Mpa。 [1]

安裝時(shí)，請(qǐng)按以下步驟作業(yè)：

1、將袋式過(guò)濾機(jī)放置在需過(guò)濾的工位上，連接進(jìn)出口法蘭或管牙后，加以固定；悶堵排氣口，或配置排氣閥。夾套型連接保溫?zé)嵩础?/span>

2、將金屬內(nèi)網(wǎng)輕輕放入袋式過(guò)濾機(jī)中，使內(nèi)網(wǎng)領(lǐng)口與袋式過(guò)濾機(jī)口吻合。

3、放置濾袋，使濾袋環(huán)口和金屬內(nèi)網(wǎng)領(lǐng)口吻合。

4、將Ο型密封圈放入Ο型槽，Ο型密封圈不能扭曲或變形，多袋濾機(jī)扣上濾袋壓環(huán)。

5、一手握住上蓋把手，一手抓住上蓋的另一端（多袋濾機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)頂端手輪）

6、上蓋對(duì)準(zhǔn)后，同時(shí)擰緊對(duì)角的兩個(gè)吊帽，將所有吊帽一一擰緊（用短棍插入吊環(huán)內(nèi)絞緊）。

7、關(guān)閉安裝在袋式過(guò)濾機(jī)頂部的排氣閥。

8、請(qǐng)檢查各連接管子道是否牢固；工作壓力是否在允許范圍內(nèi)。

9、打開(kāi)輸出閥門(mén)。打開(kāi)熱源進(jìn)入閥，是濾機(jī)溫度升到溫度。

10、漫漫地打開(kāi)輸入閥門(mén)，讓液體緩緩流入并充滿(mǎn)濾機(jī)，防止液體突然沖擊濾袋，造成破裂，然后觀察有無(wú)泄漏。若未出現(xiàn)泄漏，即可開(kāi)始過(guò)濾。

安裝時(shí)，請(qǐng)按以下步驟作業(yè)：
