直通藍(lán)式過濾器

籃式過濾器主要由接管、筒體、濾籃、法蘭、法蘭蓋及緊固件等組成。安裝在管道上能除去流體中的較大固體雜質(zhì)，使機(jī)器設(shè)備（包括壓縮機(jī)、泵等）、儀表能正常工作和運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)，達(dá)到穩(wěn)定工藝過程，保障安全生產(chǎn)的作用。

藍(lán)式過濾器是除去液體中少量固體顆粒的小型設(shè)備，可保護(hù)壓縮機(jī)、泵、儀表和其他的正常工作，當(dāng)流體進(jìn)入有一定規(guī)格的濾網(wǎng)的濾桶后，其雜質(zhì)被阻擋，而清潔的濾液則由過濾器出口排出，當(dāng)需要清洗時(shí)，只要將可拆卸的濾桶取出，處理后重新裝入即可，因此，使用維護(hù)極為方便。已廣泛應(yīng)用于石油、化工、醫(yī)藥、食品、環(huán)保等行業(yè)。若將其串連的安裝在泵的入口或系統(tǒng)管線的其他部位，則既可以延長泵和其他設(shè)備的使用壽命，又能保證整個(gè)系統(tǒng)的安全。
