Theairsuppliedbyairdistributingsystempassesinsideofwire-framepipebymeansofradialopeningsandairspaceisevenlydistributedthroughthedispersantsurfaceofaeratorintothetreatedfluidformingsmallbeads.供氣的工作原理為：氣體首先通過內(nèi)部的穿孔輸氣管呈輻射狀進入到氣體分配層，然后再通過布氣層均勻的擴散至廢水中，并且形成很小的氣泡。Suchdesignofaeratorallowsprovidingwithuniformairdistributionintheaeratedliquidandtoachievethemaximalefficiencyofaeration.這樣的設(shè)計可以保證氣體均勻的擴散至水中，并達到zui高的傳遞效率。Thetotalperforationareaoftheinternalpipeisoptimumfordistributionofallvolumeofsubmittedair.Perforationprovidesauniformexitandairdistributionintheairspacesbetweentheperforatedpipeandthedispersinglayeroftheaerator.Existenceoftheairspacesoftheaeratorallowsdistributingtheairstreamalongalllengthoftheaerationbeam.穿孔管的總開孔面積為允許全部氣體通過點。設(shè)置在穿孔管和布氣層之間的空氣分配層可以確保氣體沿曝氣管長度方向形成氣流。Passingthroughthedispergatortheairflowissplitupforsmallvialsthatpromoiquidsaturationbyoxygenandeffectiveuseofallvolumeofsubmittedair.通過曝氣器將氣流分解成細小的氣泡，增大水體的氧利用率。
