DFZQDF（Y）系列蒸汽（液用)電磁閥是工業(yè)過(guò)程自動(dòng)化控制系統(tǒng)用的執(zhí)行器，它在接受電控信號(hào)后能自動(dòng)開(kāi)啟或關(guān)閉閥門(mén)，實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)管道中流體介質(zhì)的通斷或流量調(diào)節(jié)控制，從而對(duì)系統(tǒng)中的溫度、流量、壓力等參數(shù)進(jìn)行自動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)或遠(yuǎn)程控制。

結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)
耐腐：主要部件閥塞，閥體等采用不銹鋼和鑄鋼制成，防腐性能良好。
耐熱：電磁、密封部分全部采用特種耐高溫電工材料和密封材料，并采用了有效的隔熱措施。

本閥為分步動(dòng)作直接先導(dǎo)式電磁閥，可根據(jù)斷電時(shí)所處開(kāi)、關(guān)狀態(tài)的不同，可分為常閉式電磁閥和常開(kāi)式電磁閥。常閉電磁閥，線(xiàn)圈通電后，銜鐵在電磁力作用下先帶動(dòng)副閥閥塞提起，主閥閥杯上的流體經(jīng)副閥流走，減少了作用在主閥閥杯上的壓力，當(dāng)主閥閥杯上的壓力減少到一定值時(shí)，銜鐵帶動(dòng)主閥閥杯，并利用壓差而使主閥閥杯開(kāi)啟，介質(zhì)流通。線(xiàn)圈斷電后，電磁力消失，銜鐵因自重下落復(fù)位。同時(shí)依靠介質(zhì)壓力，主副閥得以緊密關(guān)閉。常開(kāi)電磁閥，線(xiàn)圈通電后由于吸力作用，動(dòng)鐵芯下移，把副閥閥塞壓下，副閥關(guān)閉，主閥閥杯內(nèi)壓力上升，當(dāng)壓力升到一定值時(shí)，主閥閥杯的上下壓差一樣，由于電磁力作用，動(dòng)鐵芯推動(dòng)主閥閥杯下，壓緊主閥閥座，閥門(mén)關(guān)閉。線(xiàn)圈斷電時(shí)，電磁吸力為零，副閥閥塞和動(dòng)鐵芯由于彈簧作用向上提起，副閥打開(kāi)，主閥閥杯上的流體經(jīng)副閥流走，減少了作用在主閥閥杯上的壓力，當(dāng)主閥閥杯上的壓力減少到一定值時(shí)，利用壓差把主閥閥杯推起，主閥打開(kāi)，介質(zhì)流通
