1、介質(zhì)流動方向應(yīng)與閥體箭頭方向*；

2、自力式壓差控制閥應(yīng)安裝在回水管上，閥上接導(dǎo)壓管，導(dǎo)壓管的另一端與供水管連接，建議在導(dǎo)壓管供水端安裝1/2"球閥，以便啟動消除堵塞功能；

3、在導(dǎo)壓管前的供水管上應(yīng)安裝過濾網(wǎng)，避免水質(zhì)太差造成該閥失去自動調(diào)節(jié)功能；

4、供水管和該閥前的回水管應(yīng)分別裝設(shè)壓力表，便于調(diào)節(jié)控制壓差;

5、如發(fā)現(xiàn)該系統(tǒng)流量過大或過小，可能的原因是管道元件安裝時的雜物卡阻在閥塞上，可將1/2"球閥關(guān)閉3—5分鐘，這時如果是較輕堵塞，即可自動消除，如還不能消除，則要拆開閥門檢查消除堵塞物；

6、控制壓差調(diào)節(jié)方法：逆時針方向調(diào)節(jié)調(diào)壓閥桿，觀察壓差。
