How it work：

Under the suction negative pressure of the compressor, the RH self-cleaning inlet filter sucks in the surrounding ambient air. When the air passes through the high-efficiency filter cartridge, a portion of the coarse dust particles in the airflow settle to the bottom of the filter under the action of gravity and inertia force. Fine and low density dust particles are deposited on the filter material surface of the filter cartridge through comprehensive effects such as Brownian diffusion and fiber interception, and the purified gas enters the purification chamber, Then, it is sent out to the compressor through the air outlet duct.

Feature：

- A pre filter screen has been designed to prevent the inhalation of willow catkins, leaves, and waste paper. In special working conditions (such as high humidity, high dust concentration, and yellow plum period), pre filtration is set at the filter inlet to filter most of the dust, reduce the burden on the filter cartridge, and extend its service life.
- A computer-controlled mechatronic product that is easy to install and can work with just piping, power on, and ventilation.
- High filtering efficiency, filtering accuracy of 1-2um, and higher filtering levels can also be selected.
- Low resistance, initial pressure difference ≤ 150Pa.
- Small footprint: This product is a building block structure, and large machines can be stacked in multiple layers with a long service life.
- Easy maintenance, and the filter cartridge can be replaced online without stopping the machine.

1. The specifications of the filter element can be adjusted according to the requirements (with heights of 900mm and 1000mm)
2. The height of the support legs and the height of the air outlet can be adjusted according to actual requirements.
