本履帶式拋丸機(jī)適合多品種，大中批量生產(chǎn)工件的表面除銹或拋丸強(qiáng)化，清理工件必須是不怕碰撞的單重在150kg以下的鑄件及熱處理件，該機(jī)既可單機(jī)使用，又可配線使用. 屬于鑄造機(jī)械范圍。

自動(dòng)：將工件放入橡膠履帶滾筒中，操作人員按下“運(yùn)行"按鈕，拋丸室門氣動(dòng)關(guān)閉，拋丸清理開始，履帶向前運(yùn)行，工件不斷地進(jìn)行翻滾，高效強(qiáng)力拋丸器將拋丸高速拋射到正在翻滾的工件表面上，工件可*均勻地得到清理。鋼丸通過履帶上的溜孔流入螺旋輸送機(jī)，再將鋼丸輸送到斗式提升機(jī)，經(jīng)斗式提升機(jī)提升到分離器，被分離后存儲(chǔ)待用。拋丸結(jié)束后，拋丸室門自動(dòng)開啟，履帶反轉(zhuǎn)，將工件卸出。
