MDA-MB-435S是一種紡錘形的細(xì)胞,1976年由其親本(435)中篩選得到。435是從31歲的轉(zhuǎn)移性乳腺導(dǎo)管腺癌女性患者胸水中分離得到。 當(dāng)用熒光染料對微管蛋白進(jìn)行染色時親本細(xì)胞顯現(xiàn)散布特征(II型)。 zui近通過cDNA陣列研究表明,親本(MDA-MB-435)可歸入黑素瘤起源。
