雙足平衡法測(cè)痛儀用于對(duì)大鼠或小鼠后肢的痛覺(jué)和發(fā)炎測(cè)試評(píng)估，克服了其它測(cè)試方式可能引起的動(dòng)物緊張或主觀性問(wèn)題，該技術(shù)采用雙通道重量平均法，可以同時(shí)對(duì)一只動(dòng)物進(jìn)行控制和測(cè)試，可選購(gòu)大鼠或小鼠兩種型號(hào)。
雙足平衡測(cè)試法（Incapacitance Analgesia Meter）可以自動(dòng)并且是可重復(fù)的評(píng)估止痛效果。它可測(cè)量體重在小動(dòng)物后肢分配情況,每個(gè)肢體對(duì)感應(yīng)器施加的力量，在選定的時(shí)間周期內(nèi)的平均值，可以表現(xiàn)受試對(duì)象從一邊到另一邊的抬起足部，因此可以提供量化的體重在后肢的平衡分配。
