主要技術特點：
● 操作方便，不易堵布：因特殊設計的染槽內網板及機尾擴布裝置，使布匹即使在高速運行下，也能在染槽內自然折疊，有序移動，且不擠壓，不打結。
● 液滿式擴布裝置：令布匹浸浴于導布管之染液中，使織物在導布管中成展開狀高速運行，故勻染性佳，織物張力小，且不易產生折痕和起毛現(xiàn)象。
● 松馳效果高：可任意調節(jié)噴咀水流，能給被處理織物帶來最合適噴射力，以達到高效的松馳和搓揉作用，故對萊卡及一些強捻織物、新合纖也能順暢地進行處理。
Main technological characteristic:
● Easy to operate,difficult to stop up the cloth:Because of the specially designed Network(Fishnet)board in the dyeing trough and the expanded equipment in the tail of the machine,where as the cloth runing at a high speed the cloth can fold naturally,move in order,ａnd not push,not tie even running at a high speed.
● The cloth expanding device(when liquid overflow):Make cloth soak in the dyeing liquor that among the cloth guiding pipe,make the fabric expａnd and run at a high sped in the cloth guiding pipe,make the fabric expａnd and run at a high speed in the cloth guiding pipe.So the dye is even,the tension of the fabric is small and not easy to bring the phenomenon of crease and fluff.
● The limp result is good:The water of the spray nozzle can be regulated freely,can give the fabric dealed with suitable spraying power.As a result,it can reach the high-efficient limp and crumple function,so it can tackle Leca,those strong twisted fabric of yarn and synthetic fibers smoothly. |
