污水主管道流量計由傳感器和轉(zhuǎn)換器兩部分構(gòu)成。它是基于法拉第電磁感應(yīng)定律工作的，用來測量電導(dǎo)率大于5μS/cm導(dǎo)電液體的體積流量，是一種測量導(dǎo)電介質(zhì)體積流量的感應(yīng)式儀表。除可測量一般導(dǎo)電液體的體積流量外，還可用于測量強酸強堿等強腐蝕液體和泥漿、礦漿、紙漿等均勻的液固兩相懸浮液體的體積流量。廣泛應(yīng)用于石油、化工、冶金、輕紡、造紙、環(huán)保、食品等工業(yè)部門及市政管理，水利建設(shè)、河流疏浚等領(lǐng)域.

如何在管道上安裝：
應(yīng)安裝在水平管道較低處和垂直向上處，避免安裝在管道的高點和垂直向下處；

應(yīng)安裝在管道上上升處；

在開口排放管道安裝，應(yīng)安裝在管道的較低處；

若管道落差超過5m時，在傳感器的下游安裝排氣閥；

應(yīng)在傳感器的下游安裝控制閥和切斷閥，而不應(yīng)安裝在傳感器上游；

傳感器不能安裝在泵的進出口處，應(yīng)安裝在泵的出口處；

在測量井內(nèi)安裝流量計的方式

如何正確選擇安裝節(jié)點：

　　正確地選擇安裝點和正確安裝流量計都是非常重要的環(huán)節(jié)，若在安裝環(huán)節(jié)失誤，輕者影響測量精度，重者會影響流量計的使用壽命，甚至?xí)p壞流量計。

選擇安裝位置時需特別注意：

·非測量電極的軸線必須近似于水平方向；

·測量管道內(nèi)必須充滿液體；

·流量計前方少要有5＊ D(D為流量計內(nèi)徑)長度的直管段，后方少要有3＊ D(D為流量計內(nèi)徑)長度的直管段；
· 流體的流動方向和流量計的箭頭方向一致；
·管道內(nèi)要有真空會損壞流量計的內(nèi)襯，需特別注意；
·在流量計附近應(yīng)無強電磁場；
·在流量計附近應(yīng)有充裕的空間，以便安裝和維護；
·若測量管道有振動，在流量計的兩邊應(yīng)有固定的支座測量不同介質(zhì)的混合液體時混合點與流量計之間的距離少要有30×D(D為流量計內(nèi)徑)長度為方便今后流量計的清洗和維護，應(yīng)安裝旁通管道；

Description

Insertion magnetic flow meter is a new kind of product based on pipeline flowmeter.

By principle of Nikuradse, it measures the average flow velocity of liquid with electromagnetic methods to get volume flow of liquid, which keeps the advantage of pipeline flowmeter and overcomes the shortage of installation difficulty and high cost. Especially the application of pipeline piercing and installing under pressure technology, insertion magnetic flow meter can be mounted without stopping water supply and it can be also installed on cast-iron pipeline and cement pipe.

The invention of this flowmeter has offered a new way to measure fluid flow. The operating principle is the same as magnetic flow meter. That is Faraday's law of electromagnetic induction

Features

? Insertion magnetic flow meter can be easily mounted without cutoff water supply and pierce pipeline under pressure on site. It has great advantage in installation and price.

? Applicable for measuring flow of liquid like water, sewage, acid, alkali. Etc, whose conductivity is beyond 20cm. The change of conductivity doesn’t affect its function. It can adapt complicated flow change, especially the flow measurement of water supply and drainage pipe.

? The mechanical moving parts of flowmeter, converter adopt optimized design with closed structure, easy installation and interchangeability between converter and sensor.

? Flow measurement is only related with insertion depth. So, this kind of flowmeter can be used in wide range and good interchangeability. One module can meet the needs of various pipeline size. It can connect with any standard secondary instrument.
