一、符合GB/T3498、ASTMD2265、ISO6299標(biāo)準(zhǔn)

二、主要技術(shù)參數(shù)：

爐溫范圍：室溫~345℃　可任意設(shè)定

控溫方式：數(shù)顯自控

控溫精度：±1℃

待測(cè)樣品數(shù)：6支

滴點(diǎn)測(cè)定：自動(dòng)（可手工）

工作方式：?jiǎn)纹瑱C(jī)全自動(dòng)

工作電源：AC220V±10％ 50HZ

二、性能及特點(diǎn)：

1、采用單片機(jī)對(duì)待測(cè)樣品，經(jīng)PT100傳感器測(cè)試溫度，由光纖放大器將滴下的滴油時(shí)對(duì)應(yīng)的溫度自動(dòng)記錄，并存貯。爐溫采用新型溫度控制器，經(jīng)單片機(jī)設(shè)定后，自動(dòng)控制爐溫到設(shè)定溫度±誤差不會(huì)超過(guò)1℃。

2、用戶(hù)可通過(guò)鍵盤(pán)輸入各種參數(shù)，以便備查，本機(jī)還設(shè)有照明及觀(guān)察窗口以便手工作樣。

Ii. Performance and Characteristics:

1. Single-chip microcomputer is adopted to handle the sample and the temperature is tested by PT100 sensor. The temperature corresponding to the first drop of oil is automatically recorded and stored by the fiber amplifier. The furnace temperature is controlled by a new temperature controller, and the error will not exceed 1℃.

2. Users can input various parameters through the keyboard for future reference. The machine is also equipped with lighting and observation window for manual working samples.
