JSH0102B潤(rùn)滑油氧化安定性測(cè)定儀(兩只氧彈)

一、符合SH/T0193-2008、ASTMD2272標(biāo)準(zhǔn)

二、主要技術(shù)參數(shù)：

控溫范圍：常溫～150℃±0.1℃

測(cè)壓范圍：0～1.6Mpa

測(cè)試方式：電腦自動(dòng)檢測(cè)壓力和溫度自動(dòng)判別壓力降

直觀顯示溫度壓力曲線

氧彈數(shù)量：2只

旋轉(zhuǎn)速度：100±5r/min

加熱速度：常溫～150℃ ≤2h

三、性能及特點(diǎn)：

1、本儀器采用電腦控制，能自動(dòng)記錄壓力、溫度及其變化過(guò)程，并用曲線描繪出來(lái)，能自動(dòng)打印測(cè)試結(jié)果；

2、本儀器氧彈上采用日本進(jìn)口的旋轉(zhuǎn)接頭，通過(guò)壓力傳感器將壓力轉(zhuǎn)換成電信號(hào)直接傳到電腦處理，便于對(duì)壓力實(shí)時(shí)采集和處理，從顯示屏上能觀察到氧彈在充氧后是否泄漏，以及在試驗(yàn)過(guò)程中是否已達(dá)到規(guī)定的壓力降，數(shù)據(jù)顯示直觀、方便、精度高；

3、旋轉(zhuǎn)電動(dòng)機(jī)位于油浴上部，通過(guò)傳動(dòng)裝置使氧彈按100±5r/min速度旋轉(zhuǎn)，長(zhǎng)期使用不會(huì)出現(xiàn)漏油的現(xiàn)象；

4、本儀器采用兩個(gè)氧彈旋轉(zhuǎn)座，可同時(shí)裝入兩支氧彈，便于做平行試驗(yàn)；并在旋轉(zhuǎn)臺(tái)底座上裝有葉片，在氧彈旋轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)起到攪拌作用；

Iii. Performance and Characteristics:

1. The instrument is controlled by computer, which can automatically record the pressure, temperature and change process, and draw out the curve, and automatically print the test result;

2, the instrument used on oxygen bomb rotary joint, imported from Japan by pressure sensor to convert pressure into electrical signals directly to computer processing, facilitate the pressure real-time acquisition and processing, can be observed from the monitor screen of a leaky oxygen bomb after oxygenation, and whether in the process of test has reached the pressure drop, according to intuitive, convenient, high precision;

3. The rotating motor is located on the upper part of the oil bath. The oxygen bomb is rotated at the speed of 100±5r/min by means of the transmission device, so there will be no oil leakage in long-term use.

4. The instrument adopts two oxygen bomb rotating seats, which can be loaded into two oxygen bombs at the same time to facilitate parallel tests; A vane is installed on the base of the rotating table to stir the oxygen bomb when it rotates.

5. Users can print out the results according to their needs after the test or during the inquiry process.
