三、性能及特點(diǎn)：

1、本儀器采用微電腦全程控制，人性化設(shè)計(jì)使儀器具備操作簡(jiǎn)單方便，易學(xué)易會(huì)易保養(yǎng)的特點(diǎn)。

2、本儀器采用人工智能機(jī)械識(shí)別技術(shù)，自動(dòng)分析和識(shí)別影像，使用自動(dòng)控制技術(shù)，可以按自定義方式完成極限90°傾斜動(dòng)作，影像能實(shí)時(shí)呈現(xiàn)油樣的真實(shí)狀態(tài)，便于人工同步識(shí)別、分析和判斷。

3、本儀器采用進(jìn)口壓縮機(jī)制冷，制冷速度快，溫度低，冷浴溫度可降到-70℃。

4、本儀器采用進(jìn)口高精度溫控儀控溫，控溫準(zhǔn)確，精度高。

5、本儀器匹配了不銹鋼熱帶加熱的金屬加熱浴，便于油樣的加熱處理，無需在其它恒溫浴中對(duì)油樣進(jìn)行加熱。

6、本儀器采用環(huán)繞冷帶金屬浴代替酒精浴，浴內(nèi)無需添加任何介質(zhì)，降溫速度快，溫度均勻，故障小，壽命長(zhǎng)，簡(jiǎn)單方便，減輕了操作者勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度。

7、本儀器有兩個(gè)測(cè)試單元，可同時(shí)或分別測(cè)試，互不干擾，測(cè)試結(jié)果符合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求。

Three, performance and characteristics:

1. The instrument adopts microcomputer whole-process control, humanized design makes the instrument has the characteristics of simple and convenient operation, easy to learn and easy to maintain.

2, the instrument uses artificial intelligence mechanical identification technology, automatic analysis and recognition of image, the use of automatic control technology, can be customized way to complete the limit of 90° tilt action, the image can present the real state of the oil sample in real time, easy to artificial synchronous identification, analysis and judgment.

6. The instrument uses metal bath around cold belt instead of alcohol bath, bath without adding any medium, fast cooling speed, uniform temperature, small fault, long life, simple and convenient, reduce the labor intensity of the operator.

7. The instrument has two test units, which can be tested simultaneously or separately without interfering with each other. The test results meet the standard requirements.
