排水板水平通水量測試儀操作規(guī)程：
★安裝試樣
將試件裁成約48cm長的試樣，兩頭的濾膜各除去lcm，將試件的4只角剪成45°倒角，并小心地裝入管狀乳膠膜內(nèi)。
把排水板連同乳膠膜通過工作容器的孔口送入容器，沿承托板從另一孔口送出，使法蘭盤兩端的外露長度為4cm左右。
用橡膠摯分別套住排水板的出露部分，使橡膠墊緊貼法蘭盤外側(cè)，并將乳膠膜翻轉(zhuǎn)包在橡膠墊上。另兩塊橡膠墊分別套住排水板的剩余出露部分，使乳膠膜的翻轉(zhuǎn)部分被央在橡膠墊之問。排水板的濾膜應(yīng)超出橡膠墊。
通過4顆螺桿分別將進(jìn)水平衡水箱和溢流甲衡水箱固定在工作容器上，均勻擰緊螺絲
★通水
打開送水泵、進(jìn)水口閥門3通過進(jìn)水口給進(jìn)水平衡水箱注水，使溢流平衡水箱的溢流口2中有水流出，持續(xù)一段時(shí)間，以使排水板中的空氣排除和濾膜充分濕潤。之后關(guān)閉進(jìn)水口閥門3。
★加壓

Open the water supply pump and the inlet valve 3 to fill the inlet balance tank with water through the inlet, so that there is water flowing out of the overflow port 2 of the overflow balance tank for a period of time, so that the air in the drainage plate and the filter membrane are fully wetted. . ★ Pressure
Open the drain and water supply valve of the working container, turn on the water pump switch, and enter the water through the water supply port.
