土基回彈模量測定儀是檢測儀器。適用于在室內(nèi)對細(xì)顆粒土或粒徑20㎜以下的級配集料試件進(jìn)行回彈模量測定。試件在一定載荷的作用下產(chǎn)生變形，卸去載荷，變形恢復(fù)，但載荷大于試件的彈性變形時產(chǎn)生塑性變形，本儀器采用杠桿法對試件進(jìn)行加荷，卸荷試驗(yàn)，以得到試件的回彈試模和塑限值。

The soil-based rebound modulus tester is a testing instrument. It is suitable for measuring the rebound modulus of fine-grained soil or gradation aggregate samples with a particle size of less than 20㎜ indoors. 土基回彈模量測定儀操作規(guī)程：

★試料的準(zhǔn)備：如試料為粗顆粒的級配集料，則篩取試料中直徑大于20mm的顆粒，如200mm以下的集料的顆粒組成不符合級配要求，則添加所缺粒料，使達(dá)到級配要求。

★擊實(shí)試驗(yàn)：按擊實(shí)試驗(yàn)法測定材料的A佳含水率和A大干容量，并繪制含水量.干容重關(guān)系圖。

★制試件,對于路基土做3---4組擊實(shí)功能不同的試件。

例如：擊實(shí)功能分別為5.62Kgcm/C㎡(相當(dāng)于輕型擊實(shí)儀實(shí)驗(yàn)法)12.5Kgcm/Cm,19.5Ggcm/Cm左右的試件，每組6---7各點(diǎn)，利用試件作回彈試模試驗(yàn)。

★對于路面材料，參照承載比試驗(yàn)法制作方法制取試件，同一試件作2—4個，其中一半進(jìn)行泡水測膨脹量，然后一起進(jìn)行逐級載荷試驗(yàn)(即測{a}1211{/a})。

Operation rules of soil-based rebound modulus tester:

使用說明：

★選定承載板上的單位壓力

★預(yù)壓：先計(jì)算的A大荷載對試件1-2次，卸荷預(yù)壓試驗(yàn)，在試驗(yàn)過程中，進(jìn)一步調(diào)整承載板的位置，承載板與試樣表面的接觸，杠桿的高低，并調(diào)整百分表的指針指零，并使百分表預(yù)壓1mm。

★測回彈變形：將計(jì)算好的預(yù)定的單位壓力分為4—6等份，作為每次加荷的數(shù)量(A后一次加荷可略大于預(yù)定的計(jì)算總壓力)

Instructions for soil-based rebound modulus tester:

★ Selected unit pressure on the load plate

1. For soil bases whose calculated water content is greater than plastic, use 0.5-10kg / cm2.

★ Measure the rebound deformation: divide the calculated predetermined unit pressure into 4-6 equal parts as the number of each load (the load after A can be slightly larger than the total calculated pressure)
