本雙向蝶閥采取多層次三偏心金屬硬密封結(jié)構(gòu)，不僅具有普通多層次三偏心金屬硬密封蝶閥的全部優(yōu)良性能，由于在設(shè)計(jì)上合理地減小了徑向偏心值，在關(guān)閉狀態(tài)下閥桿所受力矩較小，處于靜平衡，同時，蝶板密封圈采用了優(yōu)質(zhì)碳素材料與高韌性不銹鋼組成多層次結(jié)構(gòu)，不僅柔中有剛能與閥座保持密合，而且具有非常良好的自動補(bǔ)償功能，特別在較大溫差的工況條件下，可以消除由此引起的結(jié)構(gòu)變形對密封性能的影響，又由于在加工和裝配過程采用了予應(yīng)力方法，使閥門在反向受壓時產(chǎn)生的相對位移得到充分補(bǔ)償，因此本蝶閥不論正向或反向受壓，均能在全額壓差下達(dá)到泄漏量為零。
