CYQ型磁力驅(qū)動(dòng)液化石油氣泵是在吸收國(guó)外同類產(chǎn)品*技術(shù)的基礎(chǔ)上，應(yīng)用磁力驅(qū)動(dòng)技術(shù)，針對(duì)石油液化氣的特點(diǎn)，設(shè)計(jì)制造的一種新型專用滑片泵，主要用于輸送液化石油氣，乙烯、乙烷、丙烯、丙烷和丁烷等及異戊烷、重?zé)N等揮發(fā)性較強(qiáng)的烴類產(chǎn)品，也可用于輸送汽油、柴油、液氨、液氯、超臨界二氧化碳等性質(zhì)類似的其它揮發(fā)性液體。該泵于液化石油氣的罐裝、倒罐、卸車及汽車燃料加氣等，滿足低汽蝕余量的場(chǎng)合，解決了氣液混輸?shù)膯?wèn)題。
CYQ magnetic driven LPG pump is a new type dedicatedsliding vane pump design with magnetic driven technology with respect to thefeatures of LPG, on the basis of absorbing the advanced technologies of similarproducts overseas; it can be used mainly to convey LPG, and hydrocarbonproducts with strong volatility such as ethylene, ethane, propylene, propaneａnd butane and isopentane and heavy hydrocarbon, as well as other volatileliquid with similar properties such as gasoline, diesel oil, liquid ammonia,liquid chlorine and supercritical carbon dioxide. This pump is most suitable tofilling, dumping, unloading of LPG and vehicle fuel filling, and can be used inapplications with low NPSH, solving the problem of conveying gas-liquidmixture.
結(jié)構(gòu)說(shuō)明 Description of structure
1.全密封、無(wú)泄漏，*避免了輸送中的不安全因素。
Fully enclosed and free of leakage, completely avoiding unsafe factors in conveying.
2.吸入口水平，出口垂直向上。
The suction is in horizontal position and the discharge is vertical upward.
3.當(dāng)出口管路系統(tǒng)壓力超出已設(shè)定的額定壓力時(shí)，安全閥自動(dòng)打開，液體在泵內(nèi)循環(huán)，確保系統(tǒng)安全,安全閥的工作壓力應(yīng)在泵的額定壓力范圍內(nèi)根據(jù)實(shí)際需要設(shè)定。
When the outlet piping system pressure exceeds the set rated pressure, the relief valve will open automatically, to allow liquid to circulate inside the pump, to ensure system safety; the working pressure of the relief valve should be set according to actual need within the rated pressure range of the pump.
4. CYQ60-3.6和CYQ45-3.6型泵和奧氏體不銹鋼材質(zhì)的泵不帶內(nèi)置安全閥，用戶必須在泵的進(jìn)出口之間設(shè)置旁通回路，加裝安全閥。
Pumps of model CYQ60-3.6 and CYQ45-3.6 and made of Austenite stainless steel have no built-in relief valve, so users must set up a bypass circuit between the pump inlet and discharge, and mount a relief valve on it.
5.該型泵能夠適應(yīng)低汽蝕余量的場(chǎng)合，實(shí)現(xiàn)氣液混輸。
This type of pump can be used in applications with low NPSH, to realize conveying of gas-liquid mixture.

備注：通過(guò)改變泵的材質(zhì)，可提高泵的入口壓力至2MPa以上，以用于輸送揮發(fā)性較強(qiáng)的丙烷、液氨等。
