CPVC鮑爾環(huán)填料即中文名全稱氯化聚氯乙烯塑料鮑爾環(huán)，產(chǎn)品主要解決氯堿生產(chǎn)過(guò)程離子膜燒堿工藝要求塔填料具有耐60~90℃以上熱堿、氯氣和次氯堿的腐蝕問(wèn)題。

二、產(chǎn)品用途（Product Usage）
填料利用CPVC材料的耐氯氣、次氯酸鈉、NaOH等腐蝕，即使100℃仍耐次氯酸鈉溶液、稀堿液等介質(zhì)。

同時(shí)結(jié)合鮑爾環(huán)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)點(diǎn)，在高溫高壓不變形，100℃的拉伸強(qiáng)度仍可達(dá)50MPa，CPVC的韌性和高的機(jī)械強(qiáng)度，滿足氯堿化工等生產(chǎn)中的要求，解決了陶瓷和常規(guī)塑料填料被腐蝕或氧化問(wèn)題。

三、適用范圍（Scope of application）
CPVC鮑爾環(huán)填料主要用于氯堿工業(yè)PVC項(xiàng)目、燒堿項(xiàng)目裝置中的氯氣干燥塔、洗滌塔、除害塔、填料干燥塔、填料塔及環(huán)保廢氣處理洗滌塔、吸收塔等。
