三、性能及特點：
1、儀器體積小，重量輕，結(jié)構(gòu)合理，性能穩(wěn)定，顯示直觀，檢測準確，操作簡單方便；
2、儀器的試驗過程全自動進行。當試驗員設定好試驗參數(shù)后，儀器將自動控制油杯開閉蓋機構(gòu)、電點火器、攪拌電機停起的動作。同時，自動按照標準要求對油樣進行升溫及檢測，操作員無需干預試驗。在試驗完成后，儀器將自動存儲試驗結(jié)果。
3、儀器可以存儲200個試驗結(jié)果；高于200個自動清除大于200個結(jié)果之前的結(jié)果。
4、儀器采用電腦控制，做樣時電腦屏幕實時顯示油樣溫度及閃火現(xiàn)象，按程序自動完成檢測閃點的全過程，用PID控制的加熱系統(tǒng)，使溫度測試及顯示可靠準確。用溫差方式檢測閃點，使閃點檢測值穩(wěn)定可靠。
5、儀器采用進口壓力傳感器方式進行閃點檢測，檢測閃點精度高。
