SR柔性填料綜合性能評(píng)估

SR柔性填料因其用途廣泛，所以通常也被稱(chēng)為嵌縫密封膠、GB-CL柔性填料、GB-SR嵌縫膠、彈性膩?zhàn)用芊饽z、止水膩?zhàn)?、SW嵌縫膠等，柔性填料具有優(yōu)良的*性、高塑性、耐熱性、耐寒性、耐老化性，還具有操作簡(jiǎn)便，無(wú)毒無(wú)味，耐水、粘附性能好等特點(diǎn)，且施工投入的人員相對(duì)較少，便于加工成型，施工工藝簡(jiǎn)單，造價(jià)低廉。柔性填料的zui大特點(diǎn)是具有優(yōu)異的變形性和流動(dòng)性，在水壓力作用下可以流動(dòng)，擠入縫中起到止水作用，抗?jié)B性能優(yōu)異，能對(duì)孔隙、縫隙起到封閉止水作用。SR柔性填料還具有良好的黏接性能，與混凝土的黏接強(qiáng)度大于材料自身的拉伸強(qiáng)度，可確保在各種工況下黏接界面不發(fā)生破壞。同時(shí)，SR柔性填料還具有優(yōu)良的耐介質(zhì)性，即耐水、耐堿鹽浸泡，對(duì)環(huán)境具有很強(qiáng)的適用性，耐凍融循環(huán)，并具有一定的耐寒性和耐高溫性。SR柔性填料可根據(jù)需要加工成各種形狀及斷面尺寸的型材，便于施工。

SR柔性填料嵌填步驟：

（1）用棉紗將街粘貼SR柔性填料的混凝土甚而擦試一遍，除去表面的浮土和浮水并晾干。

（2）在混凝土表面涂刷*道底膠，待*干透后，涂刷第二道底膠，并干透。

（3）在V型槽底部粘貼一層SR柔性填料，利用材料的黏性將PVC橡膠棒固定在縫槽底部。

（4）將SR柔性填料用細(xì)鋼絲切割成2CM左右薄片后，攤鋪在待粘貼SR柔性填料的混凝土表面，用木條或手將材料薄片從V型槽中部向 兩側(cè)粘貼，在混凝土表面形成厚約3-5CM的SR材料找平層。

（5）將SR柔性填料切割成條狀后，堆放在縫槽表面，手工對(duì)材料整形至設(shè)計(jì)外形尺寸。

（6）SR柔性填料充滿(mǎn)預(yù)留槽并滿(mǎn)足設(shè)計(jì)要求的尺寸，SR材料斷面尺寸允許偏差為正負(fù)10mm.

(7)SR柔性填料嵌填完成后，按照混凝土單元?jiǎng)澐诌M(jìn)行分段，用模具檢查其幾何尺寸是否符合要求，按照每100米取一檢驗(yàn)段，將SR鼓包切開(kāi)檢測(cè)SR柔性填料與混凝土基面是否黏結(jié)牢固，填料是否充填密實(shí)，如存在尺寸不符合要求或者黏結(jié)質(zhì)量較差部分，則應(yīng)返工處理。
