LCA5L抗體,科研實驗致盲基因LCA5樣蛋白抗體產品介紹 Leber congenital amaurosis (LCA) is one of the most common causes of hereditary blindness or severe visual impairment in infants. Mutations in several genes with diverse functions mapping to two loci have been implicated in LCA causation. These proteins are involved in processes such as photoreceptor development and maintenance, phototransduction, vitamin A metabolism and protein trafficking. LCA5, also known as Lebercilin, is a ciliary protein that is widely expressed during development and localizes to the connecting cilia of photoreceptors and to the microtubules, centrioles and primary cilia of cultured mammalian cells. The Leber congenital amaurosis 5-like protein (LCA5L) is a 670 amino acid protein that belongs to the LCA5 family.
致盲基因LCA5樣蛋白抗體儲存溫度：存在于血清、組織培養(yǎng)上清液或腹水中的抗體在-20℃下能夠*儲存。低溫存放不會損傷抗體活性。抗體的工作液通常儲存于4℃中。此溫度下，抗體的活性能穩(wěn)定數(shù)月至數(shù)年亦不損失?？贵w溶液不應反復凍融，因為反復凍融將導致部分抗體失活并產生不需要的蛋白—蛋白凝聚物?？贵w的凝聚能導致活性喪失。這是由于抗原結合位點的空間構象被破壞，或由于產生的不溶物被離心或過濾而除去。冷凝蛋白類的抗體不能存放于4℃。因為在4℃下此類抗體會發(fā)生沉淀。一些鼠源性IgG3亞類的抗體有此特性。如果抗體在4℃下發(fā)生沉淀，就應該存放于室溫下的疊氮鈉溶液中。
