德國(guó)《DE LOCKE》洛克--進(jìn)口高壓旁路調(diào)節(jié)閥是一種結(jié)構(gòu)新穎的特殊高壓差調(diào)節(jié)閥，它兼有啟動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)閥，減壓旁路閥和安全閥的作用，該閥可實(shí)現(xiàn)快速自動(dòng)跟蹤超壓保護(hù)，省去鍋爐安全閥。
該閥能再六秒內(nèi)實(shí)現(xiàn)快速啟動(dòng)，電動(dòng)執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)的控制系統(tǒng)通過(guò)調(diào)節(jié)蒸汽壓力以適應(yīng)機(jī)組不同工況的滑參數(shù)啟停和運(yùn)行；機(jī)組甩負(fù)荷后鍋爐可以不立即熄火，等事故排除后，幾分鐘內(nèi)即可重新投入運(yùn)行，既減少鍋爐的啟停次數(shù)，又減少了對(duì)汽輪機(jī)的熱沖擊，減溫水的調(diào)節(jié)與高壓旁路快速聯(lián)動(dòng)，能大幅度降溫降壓，減少電廠龐大的減溫減壓系統(tǒng)及設(shè)備。所以該閥是大容量單元再熱機(jī)組旁路系統(tǒng)的重要調(diào)節(jié)閥之一。

進(jìn)口高壓旁路調(diào)節(jié)閥產(chǎn)品優(yōu)點(diǎn)：
蒸汽經(jīng)過(guò)4級(jí)節(jié)流，噪音低。蒸汽先通過(guò)套筒和閥座，壓力降低了一部分。節(jié)流罩下端的噴嘴向上噴出高速冷卻水，冷卻水在節(jié)流罩中心被高壓蒸汽霧化和混合的過(guò)程中，進(jìn)行充分的熱交換，從而使高溫蒸汽再節(jié)流罩內(nèi)完成降溫過(guò)程，然后通過(guò)節(jié)流罩，再通過(guò)兩個(gè)節(jié)流孔板，把蒸汽壓力降低到額定要求，由于蒸汽的減壓減溫都在同一閥體內(nèi)完成，故系統(tǒng)不另設(shè)的減溫器。
高壓旁路控制系統(tǒng)能使這臺(tái)閥在6秒內(nèi)快速啟動(dòng)，正常工況采用慢速調(diào)節(jié)。
上閥蓋采用自密封結(jié)構(gòu)，可防止蒸汽外溢。
閥內(nèi)組件經(jīng)過(guò)表面硬化處理，硬度可達(dá)到HRC70左右，蝕性能好，使用壽命長(zhǎng)。
閥關(guān)閉緊密，達(dá)到單座閥的泄露標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
