Anti-DOCK5抗體,細(xì)胞質(zhì)分裂付出蛋白5抗體產(chǎn)品介紹：DOCK 5 is a 1,870 amino acid protein belonging to the DOCK family of cytokinesis-regulating proteins. This cytoplasmic peripheral membrane protein activates Rac 1 and Rac 2 small GTPases, while presumably acting as a guanine nucleotide exchange factor (GEF), which exchanges bound GDP for free GTP. DOCK 5 contains one DHR-1 (CZH-1) domain, one DHR-2 (CZH-2) domain and one SH3 domain. The DHR-2 domain is a putative GEF activity mediator. In mice, spontaneous mutation of the gene encoding DOCK 5 leads to deletion of the DHR-1 domain, which functions to bind phospholipids and assists in protein-protein interactions, resulting in rupture of lens cataract (RLC). Due to siRNA knockdown studies, it is suspected that DOCK 5 may also be an important mediator of CrkII/CrkL regulation of Caco-2 migration and spreading on COL4. There are two isoforms of DOCK 5 that exist as a result of alternative splicing events.

2.陽(yáng)性細(xì)胞分布可分為灶型和彌漫性
3.由于細(xì)胞內(nèi)含抗原量不同，所以染色強(qiáng)度不一。如果細(xì)胞之間染色強(qiáng)度相同，常提示其反應(yīng)為非特異性
4.陽(yáng)性細(xì)胞染色定位于單個(gè)細(xì)胞，且與陰性細(xì)胞相互交雜分布；而非特異性染色常不限于單個(gè)細(xì)胞，而是累及一片細(xì)胞。
5.切片邊緣、刀痕或褶皺區(qū)域，壞死或擠壓的細(xì)胞區(qū)，膠原結(jié)締組織等，常表現(xiàn)為相同的陽(yáng)性染色強(qiáng)度，不能用于判斷陽(yáng)性。
