How to order?
Contact enstroj@siol.net ---> Enstroj will send you Order Form ---> filled Order Form must be send back to enstroj@siol.net ---> Enstroj will send you Proforma Invoice ---> in case you decide to buy the ordered items prepay the Proforma Invoice ---> ordered items will be shipped till the date indicated in the Proforma Invoice (up to 30 days from receiving the prepayment).

It is important that this form consist of correct data and description, because the Proforma Invoice is based on this document. Please fill the boxes on page 3 – Short description of application in which will be used and also the Additional purchasing remarks box. This will allow us to consider all the information that we might have talked about by .

We are shipping worldwide by TNT shipping agency. We can also ship the ordered items by UPS or FedEx if you have a contract with them and provide us your user account number.Other shipping options can be made only for bigger quantities!
Shipping date depends on the amount of ordered motors (maximal 30 days from prepaying the Proforma Invoice if ordering less than 10 motors).

Payment: For now we accept only wire transfer. Bank transfer prepayment is based on our issued Proforma Invoice with included final amount Total, with included Enstroj bank (bank address, BIC – SWIFT) and with included Enstroj bank account code (IBAN) for the bank payment transfer.

We give 1 year warranty for motors, if they are used in accordance with Manual for motors - it is published on our web site. We do not take any responsibility for difficulties, which are the result of inappropriate configuration, electric system structure and settings which are not in accordance with the latest version of Manual for motors.

Enstroj company does not take any responsibility for difficulties, which are the result of inappropriate configuration, electric system structure and settings which are not in accordance with the latest version of Manual for motors. Every motor is tested before shipping at temperature conditions and parameters, which are described in Technical data tables (in Manual for motors). If motors are not used in accordance with this manual it causes a forfeit of warranty claims. Components of company Enstroj have been developed for usage on electric airplanes, cars, boats, power plants. Company Enstroj assumes no liability in case when a customer uses components for the purposes for which they have not been developed or tested, and especially not for the purpose of presenting a direct threat to human life or health.
