The Thermo Scientific KingFisher SpeciTRAX Sample Transfer Instrument automates accessioning and sample transfer while minimizing the manual work of tube uncapping, barcode scanning, and pipetting. This innovative system combines new sample-handling automation technologies to offer ease of use, as well as increased throughput and safety, while delivering consistent, accurate results.

Features of the KingFisher SpeciTRAX instrument include:
• Transfer 192 samples from capped sample tubes to two 96-deep-well plates in 40 minutes, all within a closed-door system
• Tube decapping/recapping, barcode scanning, sample transfer
• Precision pipetting done with fluid sensing tips
• HEPA filtration and UV de-contamination
