液壓打包機(jī)使用說(shuō)明
一、安裝步驟
1、本機(jī)必須平穩(wěn)放在混凝土上，基礎(chǔ)視當(dāng)?shù)厍闆r決定。
2、檢查油箱底部放油口是否已關(guān)閉，確定關(guān)閉后再打開(kāi)油箱頂部加油口密封蓋。
注入約60KG68#液壓油，液壓油排號(hào)視當(dāng)?shù)貧鉁丶笆褂脴?biāo)準(zhǔn)決定。[注！如果機(jī)型在60T以上，新機(jī)時(shí)必須分兩次注油，**次注入液壓油高度至油尺頂部（藍(lán)**線(xiàn)）。待壓板下壓至底部再加注液壓油至油尺底部（紅**線(xiàn)）詳細(xì)見(jiàn)操作說(shuō)明4]
3、安裝好本機(jī)電源線(xiàn),電壓及頻率視當(dāng)?shù)仉娫礇Q定，（注！電機(jī)和電器配件的電壓及頻率已按客戶(hù)訂購(gòu)機(jī)器時(shí)的要求配置安裝好）常規(guī)采用三相四線(xiàn)制，其中三條帶電源線(xiàn)分別接入電相內(nèi)相應(yīng)的三個(gè)接線(xiàn)位，（圖7左）另一條為接地防漏電保護(hù)線(xiàn)，應(yīng)緊接機(jī)體外露金屬表面，以防電器漏電傷人。
二、液壓打包機(jī)操作方法：
1、通入電源：把電箱內(nèi)空氣開(kāi)關(guān)（本機(jī)總開(kāi)關(guān)）合上，先檢查三相電源電壓是否正常，（用儀表或探電筆測(cè)試）關(guān)閉電相門(mén)，查看電相門(mén)板表面紅色電源指示燈是否亮起。
2、啟動(dòng)電機(jī)：把手動(dòng)換向閥手柄（付圖3）往下推至*底位（機(jī)體附有操作圖標(biāo)），然后把啟動(dòng)按鈕NO按下（圖5右下），（注：如裝有急停開(kāi)關(guān)機(jī)型的請(qǐng)把急停開(kāi)關(guān)按箭頭方向右旋，急停開(kāi)關(guān)彈出即可），（圖5右上）如正常情況下電機(jī)啟動(dòng)。
3、 檢看電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)向：（圖8）電機(jī)啟動(dòng)后，手動(dòng)換向閥手柄在*下位時(shí)，如壓板不能往下移。這時(shí)請(qǐng)必須立即查看電機(jī)旋轉(zhuǎn)方向是否正確，電機(jī)旋轉(zhuǎn)方向必須按箭頭指示方向一致。如果電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)向相反時(shí)則機(jī)器不能正常使用，這時(shí)應(yīng)把手動(dòng)換向閥手柄往上拉至中檔位。然后按下停止按鈕OFF（或急停開(kāi)關(guān)按下）停止電機(jī)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。切斷輸入總電源，把三相電源線(xiàn)其中二相線(xiàn)互換再接上即可。再按操作1和2重新操作，（注！必須確定電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)向是否與箭頭指示方向一致。）
4、注入油量的關(guān)?。寒?dāng)壓板正常往下移時(shí)，壓板在**次移動(dòng)，移動(dòng)速度是不均勻的。待壓板移至底部或移動(dòng)中突然停止又或移動(dòng)中噪聲加大，這種情況下應(yīng)先把手動(dòng)換向閥手柄往上拉至中位，把停止開(kāi)關(guān)OFF或急停開(kāi)關(guān)按下，停止電機(jī)運(yùn)行。再仔細(xì)查看油箱儲(chǔ)油量是否足夠，如油量底于油箱高度一半時(shí)，證明油量不足，這時(shí)應(yīng)再次往油箱注入適當(dāng)液壓油。這次加油量應(yīng)加至油位尺*底界線(xiàn)（紅**線(xiàn)）即可。

If the motor's rotary direction is reverse then the machine can not run normally, then shall remove the manual changing valve handle up to the middle location, and impress the stopping switch OFF ( Or damage the emergency shutdown switch to to running running. Also turn off the electric power, and change the 2 phase lines of 3 phase lines then connect them again. And according to the Methods of operations 1. & (Remark: must sure the motor's rotary direction any same as the arrowhead's direction.)
