性    狀： 淺黃色澄清液體，有少量蛋白質(zhì)析出
保    存： 密封保存于-10℃至-30℃
注意事項(xiàng)：用前搖勻，待蛋白質(zhì)沉降后再使用
用法：血清由冰凍狀態(tài)在常溫下*融化成液體，搖均勻后放置10-30分鐘待結(jié)塊蛋白質(zhì)沉底后即可使用。
GOLD*小鼠抗HisTag的解凍：
將血清從冰凍區(qū)中取出后（切勿直接將血清從-20℃進(jìn)入37℃解凍，這樣因溫度改變太大，容易造成蛋白質(zhì)凝集而出現(xiàn)沉淀），先置于2～8℃區(qū)域中使之融化，然后在室溫下使之全融。使用前再預(yù)溫到將使用的溫度（如37℃），但必須注意的是，解凍過(guò)程中應(yīng)輕輕地?fù)u晃均勻。血清在解凍過(guò)程中可能會(huì)出現(xiàn)少量絮狀或片狀析出物，主要是血清中脂蛋白的變性或是纖維蛋白（形成凝血的蛋白之一）析出，但這些析出物，并不影響血清本身的質(zhì)量。 若一次無(wú)法用完一瓶，建議無(wú)菌分裝血清至恰當(dāng)?shù)臏缇萜鲀?nèi)，再放回冷凍。
