elisa實驗?zāi)康?br>     酶聯(lián)免疫吸附測定（enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay 簡稱ELISA）是在免疫酶技術(shù)（immunoenzymatic techniques）的基礎(chǔ)上發(fā)展起來的一種新型的免疫測定技術(shù),ELISA過程包括抗原（抗體）吸附在固相載體上稱為包被，加待測抗體（抗原）, 再加相應(yīng)酶標(biāo)記抗體（抗原）,生成抗原（抗體）--待測抗體（抗原）--酶標(biāo)記抗體的復(fù)合物，再與該酶的底物反應(yīng)生成有色產(chǎn)物。借助分光光度計的光吸收計算抗體（抗原）的量。待測抗體（抗原）的定量與有色產(chǎn)生成正比。

免疫吸附劑 已包被抗原或抗體的固相載體在低溫(2~8℃)干燥的條件下一般可保存6個月。有些不完整的試劑盒，僅供應(yīng)包被用抗原或抗體，檢測人員需自行包被。
