5.3.5統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)計(jì)算方法--"即刻性"質(zhì)控
以上介紹的質(zhì)控方法基本上與臨床化學(xué)測定的質(zhì)控方法相同，但ELISA有其特殊性，zui合適的質(zhì)控方法尚待研究建立。有些實(shí)驗(yàn)室不是每天進(jìn)行ELISA項(xiàng)目的檢驗(yàn)，而ELSIA試劑盒效期短，用一批號(hào)試劑盒連續(xù)常規(guī)測20次，難度較大。采用"即刻法"質(zhì)控統(tǒng)計(jì)方法，只需連續(xù)測3次，即可對(duì)第3次檢驗(yàn)結(jié)果進(jìn)行質(zhì)控。"即刻法"的建立具體計(jì)算方法如下：
1)先將測定值從小到大排列
2)計(jì)算X和SD。
3)計(jì)算SDI上限和SDI下限值。
4)將SDI上限、SDI下限值與SDI值中的數(shù)字比較。
當(dāng)SDI上限值和SDI下限值＜n2SD時(shí)，表示處于控制范圍內(nèi)，可以繼續(xù)往下測定，繼續(xù)重復(fù)以上各項(xiàng)計(jì)算；當(dāng)SDI上限和SDI下限有一值處于n2SD和n2SD值之間時(shí)，說明該值在2SD~3SD范圍，處于"告警"狀態(tài)；當(dāng)SDI上限和SDI下限有一值＞n2SD時(shí)，說明該值已在3SD范圍之外，屬"失控"。數(shù)值處于"告警"和"失控"狀態(tài)應(yīng)舍去，重新測定該項(xiàng)質(zhì)控血清和病人樣本。舍去的只是失控的這次數(shù)值，其他次測定值仍可繼續(xù)使用。
即刻性質(zhì)控統(tǒng)計(jì)方法，適于ELISA測定的質(zhì)控。
當(dāng)檢測的數(shù)值超過20次以后，不必再使用"即刻法"質(zhì)控統(tǒng)計(jì)計(jì)算，可以轉(zhuǎn)入常規(guī)的質(zhì)控圖的質(zhì)控。將前20次的數(shù)值求出的和SD作質(zhì)控框架圖，第21次的數(shù)值，依次點(diǎn)入即可。
