人可替丁(Cotinine )ELISA試劑盒
過碘酸鹽氧化法：本法只適用于含糖量較高的酶。辣根過氧化物酶的標記常用此法。反應時，過碘酸鈉將HRP分子表面的多糖氧化為醛基很活潑，可與蛋白質上的氨基形成Schiff氏堿而結合。酶標記物按克分子比例聯結，其*比例為：酶/抗體=1-2/1。此法簡便有效，一般認為是HRPzui可取的標記方法，但也有人認為所有試劑較為強烈，各批實驗結果不易重演。
