人皮質(zhì)酮/腎上腺酮(CORT)ELISA試劑盒
國產(chǎn)ELISA試劑一般都用HRP制備結(jié)合物。HRP是一種糖蛋白，含糖量約為18%，分子量為44000，是一種復(fù)合酶，由主酶（酶蛋白）和輔基（亞鐵血紅素）結(jié)合而成，是一種卟啉蛋白質(zhì)。主酶無色糖蛋白在275nm波長處有zui高吸收峰，輔基是深棕色的含鐵卟啉環(huán)，在403nm波長處有zui高吸收峰。HRP的純度用RZ(Reinheit Zahl，德文，意為純度數(shù)）表示，是403nm的吸光度與280nm吸光度之比，高純度的HRP的RZ≥?.0。
