人冠狀病毒(Coronaviruses IgG)ELISA試劑
封閉是否必要，取決于ELISA的模式及具體的實(shí)驗(yàn)條件。并非所有的ELISA固相均需封閉，封閉不當(dāng)反而會(huì)使陰性本底增高。一般說(shuō)來(lái)，雙抗體夾心法，只要酶標(biāo)記物是高活性的，操作時(shí)洗滌*，不經(jīng)封閉也可得到滿意的結(jié)果。特別是用單抗腹水直接包被時(shí)，因其中大量非抗體蛋白在包被時(shí)同樣也吸附在固相表面，業(yè)已起到了類似封閉劑的作用。但在間接法測(cè)定中，封閉一般是不可少的（見(jiàn)2.2.2）。包被好的ELISA板干燥后放入密封袋或錫袋中，在低溫可保存數(shù)月。
