1、免疫酶染色各種細(xì)胞內(nèi)成份的定位。
2、研究抗酶抗體的合成。
3、顯現(xiàn)微量的免疫沉淀反應(yīng)。
4、定量檢測(cè)體液中抗原或抗體成份。
