ELISA小常識(shí)：
間接法是檢測抗體zui常用的方法，其原理為利用酶標(biāo)記的抗抗體以檢測已與固相結(jié)合的受檢抗體，故稱為間接法。操作步驟如下：(1)將特異性抗原與固相載體連接，形成固相抗原(2)加稀釋的受檢血清：其中的特異抗體與抗原結(jié)合，形成固相抗原抗體復(fù)合物。(3)加酶標(biāo)抗抗體：與固相復(fù)合物中的抗體結(jié)合，從而使該抗體間接地標(biāo)記上酶。(4)加底物顯色：顏色深度代表標(biāo)本中受檢抗體的量。

ELISA小常識(shí)：
抗HIV-ELISA試劑目前對HIV的檢測原料有了較大改進(jìn)，主要如下：
（1）可用于檢測血清或血漿中HIV IgM亞特異性抗體和檢測HIV-1、2和多種亞型。

（2）標(biāo)記的抗原：a.含HIV-1B亞型gp41和P24的HIV-1重組融合蛋白。b.可特異性檢測血清或血漿中HIV M群的抗體，絕大多數(shù)HIV-1.0群和HIV-2群的抗體。c.gp36免疫調(diào)控區(qū)的HIV-2多肽可測定特異性的HIV-2抗體。d.gp41的倆段HIV 1.0群多肽，可測特異性HIV 1.0 群的抗體 和HIV 1M群的抗體。HIV-1.0.2對759份各類臨床樣品包括401份HIV-1感染不同階段病人樣品，204分HIV-2感染不同階段病人樣品，和154份與HIV無關(guān)的其他疾病患者的樣品的檢測結(jié)果。特異性：99.93%     靈敏度：*
