原理: BioVision的鐵(Fe)含量檢測(cè)試劑盒提供了一種簡(jiǎn)單方便的方案檢測(cè)樣品中亞鐵和/或鐵離子。檢測(cè)時(shí),載鐵蛋白在酸性緩沖液中把高價(jià)鐵溶解溶液里。然后將其還原成亞鐵離子,F(xiàn)erene S與鐵反應(yīng)產(chǎn)生一種穩(wěn)定的化合物,593 nm處有吸收峰。緩沖液中有一種特殊的螯合物消除Cu2+的干擾。試劑盒檢測(cè)線性范圍為50 ul 樣品中0.4-20 nmol,或者鐵濃度在8 uM - 400 uM之間的各種生物樣品。
*鐵載體蛋白會(huì)在特殊緩沖液下解離,釋放鐵離子,故本試劑盒可測(cè)總鐵,以及二價(jià)鐵。
