C2C12小鼠成肌細(xì)胞
描述
這是D. Yaffe 和 O. Saxel建立的小鼠成肌細(xì)胞株的亞克隆(由H. Blau等人構(gòu)建)。C2C12細(xì)胞株分化很快,形成可伸縮的肌管并生成特征性的肌蛋白。 用骨形成蛋白2(BMP-2)處理,導(dǎo)致分化途徑從成肌細(xì)胞轉(zhuǎn)換成成骨細(xì)胞。 檢測(cè)表明肢骨發(fā)育畸形病毒(鼠痘)陰性。
