1. 人胃癌細胞NCI-N87*培養(yǎng)液配方（100 ml）： 　　 RPMI 1640 Medium (Invitrogen, 11875-093) 90 ml 　　 FBS (Biochrom, S0115) 10 ml 氣相：空氣，95%；二氧化碳，5%。溫度：37攝氏度。 （注：該細胞貼壁較慢，建議復蘇后讓細胞貼壁48h后再進行后續(xù)實驗操作。）

Gazdar and associates at the National Cancer Institute from a liver metastasis of a well differentiated carcinoma of the stomach taken prior to cytotoxic therapy. The tumor was passaged as a xenograft in athymic nude mice for three passages before the cell line was established.
