三、特點(diǎn)：

熔體流動(dòng)速率儀具備質(zhì)量（MFR）和（MVR）兩種測(cè)量方法，并具有自動(dòng)檢測(cè)融體密度測(cè)試功能。自動(dòng)計(jì)算。

該儀器采用PLC控制、OP系列液晶文本顯示、中文提示按鍵操作簡(jiǎn)單方便；自動(dòng)控溫，恒溫后可連續(xù)多次試驗(yàn)無需等待，包含定時(shí)或定位移切料兩種試驗(yàn)方式，質(zhì)量輸入后自行計(jì)算熔體體積流動(dòng)速率并可自動(dòng)計(jì)算熔體熔融密度；按結(jié)果鍵自動(dòng)計(jì)算熔體體積流動(dòng)速率；是功能齊全性價(jià)比*的一款。

四、工作原理

　　熔體流動(dòng)速率儀是塑料擠出儀器。它是在規(guī)定溫度條件下，用高溫加熱爐使被測(cè)物達(dá)熔融狀態(tài)。這種熔融狀態(tài)的被測(cè)物，在規(guī)定的負(fù)荷下通過一定直徑的小孔進(jìn)行擠出試驗(yàn)。在塑料生產(chǎn)中，常用熔融指數(shù)來表示高分子材料在熔融狀態(tài)下的流動(dòng)性、粘度等物理性能。

1、 Purpose:

4、 How it works

The melt flow rate instrument is a plastic extrusion instrument. It uses a high-temperature heating furnace to make the tested object melt under the specified temperature condition. The test object in this melting state is extruded through a certain diameter hole under a specified load. In the production of plastics, melt index is often used to express the physical properties of polymer materials, such as fluidity, viscosity and so on. The so-called melt mass flow rate refers to the average weight of each section of extruded sample converted to the extrusion amount of 10 minutes.
